Our Customers Say...

Dear Jeanne,
I am so pleased with the Tap Pant I ordered that I just had to share my excitement with you!
It arrived, and when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautifully it was wrapped.
Then the garment itself actually exceeded my expectations. The lace doesn't scratch, the material you use is soft and beautiful. Jeanne, this is something you would find in upscale stores such as Bloomingdales, or here on the west coast, Nordstrom.
The fit is perfect, and my husband, a man of few compliments, really thought they looked very sexy! Imagine, a woman with an ostomy sexy! Well, it's about time someone figured out that we don't want to look matronly. I was unable to find an ostomy undergarment that was anything but matronly. Plus, what's with the ostomy covers? They are unattractive too! I just made due with fine undergarments for non-ostomy women.
It took a fellow woman who has walked in our shoes to understand our needs. We just want to feel beautiful in our undergarments, that's a hard order to fill if you don't really understand how fragile so many of our psyches are. No matter how we deny it, or how carefree our attitude is, there is that stigma.
This is really very attractive...thank you, thank you, thank you. You have me as a customer for life!
Sincerely Yours, Lesley Decker

Dear Jeanne,
I just had to drop you a note to let you know how very much I love (and am enjoying) my beautiful, feminine, tap panties. I feel like a girl again. Wearing, what I called my "utility" underwear was just not fun for someone who enjoys beautiful, feminine lingerie. The beautiful undergarments make the colostomy adjustment so much easier. Thanks so much for being creative and bringing these intimate items to those of us who need them. I've told my ET nurses THANK YOU so much for bringing them to my attention. Thanks also for the wonderful prompt service and fantastic attention to detail. Much appreciated by me!
Best wishes to you for a wonderful 2004 and may your business prosper!!
Warm Regards, Natalie Harwood

Dear Jeanne,
I think I'll always remember the moment at the United Ostomy Convention in 2003 when I stopped by your booth. I couldn't decide which was more beautiful - the gorgeous, sensuous garments you created or the caring, loving person you are. To this day I still think it's a tie!
Since then, I have purchased both the Lycra & Lace "Open" Panty and the Stretch Lace Tanga. They both are beautiful to look at - sexy and luxurious. I feel very desirable when I wear them. I don't have to worry at all about my ostomy appliance, it getting in the way or what my boyfriend will think. In fact, I don't know who likes the "Open" Panty more - me or my boyfriend!
Thank you so much for all you have done for Ostomates every where. I thank you too for being the very special, loving, kind and sensitive human being that you are. Just speaking with you always makes me feel good. I feel very fortunate to have found you and Intimate Moments Apparel. I hope you stay healthy, happy and that your company prospers. You deserve only the best (and that's exactly what you give your clients too!)
With great love and appreciation - Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Sincerely, Aileen Gould

"Jeanne is a exceptional woman...
She is truly a role model for all of us. Her beauty, vitality and creativiness is unsurpassed. She has found a positive way of dealing with her ill health by creating these beautiful garments and through them, helping all of us with ostomies to live better and more interesting lives. Her beautiful displays at the various conferences she has attended have always promoted a great deal of interest from ostomates all over the country. The excellent workmanship and quality of the fabrics is apparent immediately. She has been a joy to work with and we continue to support her in all of her endeavors."
Marge Scannell, President - Colostomy Society of NY

Jeanne,
You made me feel like a real person again, just by talking to you!
Thanks Again, Virginia Gonzales

Dear Jeanne,
I want to offer my compliments on the men's briefs. Although I had my ileostomy only two months ago, I have already tried a number fo products and "improvisations" to reduce the issues associated with my new pouch. These briefs are clearly the best solution I have found. An an engineer, I appreciate that they spread the weight of the pouch across the entire waist instead of concentrating it on the small adhesive wafer. This is much more comfortable to me, and I believe it also reduces the risk of the pouch loosening and leaking. It also prevents the pouch from flopping around while I am walking or riding my bike (or during intimate moments). I recommend them strongly, and you can quote me if you wish.
Thanks again, J. G.
